During her One More Thing Meeting, Apple announced the first Mac system to run with the new M1 processor, which comes from the Apple design itself, rather than the Intel Corporation processors used since 2005.
This step by Apple was part of the strategy that I used over the last decade, and through it I managed to achieve great success with other agencies like iPhones and iPad.
When the company got upset with the PowerPC processor roadmap that it used to rely on for its products, it turned to Intel processors, through which it hoped to deliver better performance and energy efficiency.
But Intel didn’t do enough to keep Apple going, so the latter turned into Apple Silicon to run the new M1 Mac with an ARM-based Giant Apple chip, and know what it can do.
First look at the M1 chips of apple
